Refund/Exchange Policy

Defects:

1. If you received a defect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by sending email to contact@naturek.sg with pictures of products or videos. It will be very helpful to acknowledge a defect item. Thank you!

 2. Once the defect is confirmed, we will send you a replacement at our cost (of course!). For a defect item pick-up, we will inform you how to arrange.

Non-Defects:

1. You can return the product back to us within 14 days of receipt, provided that products are NEW( unused item as same as original condition) Please send it back to us with reasonable packing to avoid any damage of product. We regret to inform that this return shipping cost needs to be borne by customer.

 2. In case of any damage in transit, Nature-K will not be liable for any loss of damage. Nature-K reserves the right not to accept any used product with packaging that has been opened before. In the event a return cannot be accepted, the customer will bear all costs in having the item sent back to the customer's address. This is common business manner in e-commerce, so please understand that Nature-K is not able to sell other customer ‘USED’ item.

 3. All accepted returns will be refunded to your credit card or account(if you used bank deposit mode).

 4. Please allow up to 7 days for a return to be processed and issued to you after the item is received at Nature-K.
