1. Can I return the products?

Yes. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

 

2. Can I cancel the products?

Do note that we do not accept cancellations after an order is placed on our website. In event of you change your mind about an order after placing it online, please refer to our Refund Policy and send back the product to us.

 

3. What are the options for shipping?

Upon order confirmation, we'll need up to 2 business days to process and pack your parcel. It'll then be dispatched to you via your chosen delivery company. We currently offer three delivery options so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs!

 

4. How to track my delivery?

For normal delivery by Singpost, we regret to inform that there is no tracking service is provided. Please note that any loss/damage of product in transit will be customer’s responsibility.

For Park N Parcel service and Express service, once we dispatch the parcel, we will share tracking number with you.

 

5. Is there any condition for free shipping?

 Nature-K provides free shipping with purchase over $50. There will be two options to choose from.
 1) Door-to-door service : It takes 1~2 business days upon dispatching.
 2) Park N Parcel service : Please choose your pick-up location from  Park N Parcel website and email to contact@naturek.sg with your order no.

 

6. Can you arrange international shipping?

Nature-K provides international shipping. However, please drop us email to contact@naturek.sg with your desired item list. Some of our items are bulky, please allow us to come back to you with best shipping rate.

 

7. May I get discount coupon?

Once your subscribe our newsletter, you are privileged to enjoy exclusive offer! You will be given to special promo code to enjoy your shopping.

After purchase of Nature-K products, please share your experience on product review page with us. Your feedback will be valuable and appreciated. We will be sending you a special coupon as small token of our appreciation.

 

8. Do you have wrapping service?

In event of you need gift wrapping, please leave us a message on the comment section in your cart.
